We collect the details you enter: legal name, contact and TestFlight emails, country or region, optional organisation, typed signature, and required acknowledgements.

We also record the agreement version and SHA-256 hash, a separate acceptance hash, UTC date and time, browser user-agent, Cloudflare request identifier, and a keyed one-way digest of the network address. The agreement database does not store the raw network address. Cloudflare necessarily processes network information to deliver and protect the service.

After acceptance, the service sends a company archive copy to hello@kioo.ae containing the signature record, the complete accepted agreement, the receipt identifiers and the acknowledgements. The company archive message is retained with the beta administration records.

We use the record to administer beta access, document the agreement and electronic signature, verify consent to beta contact, prevent abuse, investigate security incidents, and establish or defend legal rights. We do not use this record for advertising or sell it.

Providing required details is necessary to request controlled beta access. If you do not provide them, we cannot create the signature record or administer an invitation.

Cloudflare supplies hosting, network protection and D1 database services. The agreement database is restricted to the European Union. Cloudflare network processing can occur in other countries as it delivers and protects the service. Only authorised KIOO administrators may access signature records.

We retain a record for the beta relationship and the period reasonably needed for legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution obligations. Cloudflare recovery systems may retain deleted database information for a limited recovery period. We then delete or anonymise information where appropriate and lawful.

You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion where applicable, withdraw beta-contact consent, or stop testing by contacting hello@kioo.ae. A withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing and cannot erase records that must reasonably be retained to prove the agreement, protect legal rights or meet legal obligations.

The beta agreement is separate from consent of people in a recorded conversation. Your signature cannot consent for another participant. You remain responsible for obtaining every participant's informed consent before recording, transcribing or analysing a conversation.

Records use encrypted HTTPS transport, Cloudflare access controls, a private database binding, cryptographic hashes and an unguessable receipt token. No public administration endpoint is exposed. Keep your receipt link private because it can display your signed record.
